This 'state of the art' professional mobile stage uses the highest specification design, materials & technology making it versatile, easily transportable and fast to assemble and disassemble, quickly transforming from trailer into a fully functioning weatherproof stage. The stage can be used with or without the specially designed PA wings that offer additional dressing room and storage areas and provide protection from weather conditions for both performers and PA equipment. This stage is an impressive focal-point and a perfect all in one solution for any size event.

Supplied with 2 sets of metal steps with handrails and a variety of interchangeable safety barriers for flexible stage access configurations. A choice of solid waterproof vinyl or breathable mesh scrim walls are available for the stage and PA Wings to suit all weather and lighting conditions. The stage floor is 5m wide and 6m deep and stands 1m high and is made from a weatherproof and slip proof laminate and dressed with a vinyl skirt. The vinyl roof is weatherproof and covers a fixed 50mm truss framework that can be used to hang extensive stage lighting or theatrical scenery. Quad truss pillars support the roof on all four corners of the stage platform and are also suitable for fixing stage lighting.

Corporate Advertising Space - There are many ways to personalise the stage by displaying event and sponsors banners. The main advertising areas on the stage are 'stage skirt front' which is 5m(L) x 1m(H) and the 'stage back wall' which is 5m (L) x 2.8m(H). The large logos on the trailer below are not visible when the stage is erected.

Delivery

Is free for the first 5 miles from Nottingham centre and charged at 50p per mile thereafter. Good vehicle access to your venue is important and a site visit to ensure safe delivery and installation may be necessary (charged at an additional hourly rate + mileage).

Please be aware of the dimensions of the trailer and access to your venue. Entrances such as gateways must be a minimum of 3.5m wide. Steep hills, narrow streets and parked cars, overhanging trees, and uneven and soft road surfaces will inhibit access. If you have any doubts please contact us.

EVENT REQUIREMENTS - POWER & SAFETY (See Terms & Conditions)

The stage is delivered and set up by trained stage crew. The stage is manufactured to meet all European safety standards and we are covered by extensive public liability insurance, all documentation is available. Risk assessments are made for every event. Certain responsibilities for the protection of the public and equipment and personnel working on the stage when hired lie with the event management. Security barriers such as secured 2 meter high Haras fencing should be supplied to completely separate the 'back-stage' area from the public access. The back stage area often contains danger to the public such as the generator, fuel and high voltage equipment, valuable performers musical equipment and stage / pa equipment. A single entrance / exit into the back stage area should be manned by security personnel at all times. A performers and event staff ID system should be employed. A 1 meter high crowd control barrier to cover the stage frontage and PA wings must be supplied to remove public access to the stage and PA system from the front. Additional security and first aid personnel at the stage front is necessary. The supply of fire extinguishers (including electrical fires) and fire safety equipment / personnel for the stage area is also the responsibility of the event management.

Suitable silenced and regulated power for the stage and stage equipment is the responsibility of the event management. Please call to discuss our power requirements. Event site power, lighting, toilets and sanitary equipment for both male and female staff must be supplied by the event management for the duration of the event including set up and pack down time. Food and refreshments including a minimum of 1 hot meal per day per member of stage / pa crew must be supplied by the event management.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Such as lightning, heavy rainfall & wet ground, snow, ice and strong winds will delay the deployment of the stage and may render the stage unsafe and unusable.

BACK-LINE EQUIPMENT

'Back-line' is a single set of band equipment that lives on the stage throughout the event. A 'back-line' usually comprises of a high quality 5 piece drum kit, 1 guitar speaker cabinet with built in amplifier and a bass guitar amplifier / speaker combination. The provision of a 'back-line' is the responsibility of the event management and is recommended if more than one live band performs on the stage. The use of a 'back-line' speeds up change over from one band to the next and gives the event a professional appearance. Performing drummers are requested to bring their own 'breakables' that usually consist of cymbals, kick drum pedal and snare drum.
